About the role
- Lead the strategy and delivery of website experiences that help customers understand Company's brand, purpose and trip offering, and guide them through early exploration.
- Take responsibility for how this work enables and connects into the broader end-to-end experience—ensuring customers move seamlessly from brand understanding through to trip consideration and deeper exploration.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to drive alignment, clarity and momentum toward shared goals.
- Shape direction for key parts of the journey, set and own outcomes, and work with a cross functional team to deliver.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a Product Owner, Product Manager role or similar
- Strategic and outcome-oriented mindset - ability to shape product direction, set and own KPIs, and deliver measurable improvements aligned to business goals.
- Customer-centric & user-experience focused - proven ability to understand and drive the best outcomes for customers
- Analytical capability & data-driven decision making - Comfortable working with behavioural data and analytics
- Cross-functional influence & communication skills - Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present product rationale (across teams and levels), influence stakeholders, build alignment and drive momentum in cross-functional environments
- Delivery & prioritisation discipline - Able to translate strategy and insights into clear product requirements, prioritise backlog wisely, manage trade-offs and see products through with quality.
- Adaptability and agility mindset - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Capable of handling ambiguity, shifting priorities, and balancing short- and long-term goal.
- Deep curiosity for AI & Emerging Technologies: Demonstrates curiosity and engagement with AI and emerging technologies, exploring how they can be practically applied to improve customer experiences, internal workflows and product decision-making.
