About the role
- Play a key role in managing a new national partnership between Intrepid Travel and REI Co-op
- Own the day-to-day relationship, driving sales growth, product and ensuring seamless collaboration
- Coordinate closely with stakeholders across marketing, operations, legal, customer service, and executive teams
- Oversee campaign planning, lead forecasting, CRM updates, and performance tracking
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with growth recommendations
- Manage reporting against joint revenue targets
- Represent Intrepid at relevant events, trade shows, and partner activations
- Identify new opportunities to expand the partnership and deepen engagement with REI’s customer base
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or account management in the travel and tourism industry
- Proven success managing B2B or strategic partnerships
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Experience working cross-functionally in complex organizations
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data-driven reporting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Must be based in Seattle with ability to travel across the US
