About the role

  • Be responsible for shaping the future of how we reward our global workforce
  • Managing and enhancing Intrepid’s total rewards programs
  • Coordinating annual cycles such as the salary reviews and bonus pay-out
  • Conducting job evaluations and managing salary surveys
  • Preparing compliance reports and supporting global benefits initiatives
  • Translating data into insights and contributing to projects that strengthen equity, transparency, and engagement across our global team

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in Total Rewards, ideally in a regional or global capacity
  • Skilled in job evaluation, preferably the Hay methodology
  • Well versed in salary survey submissions
  • Experienced in salary structure development
  • Strong project management and analytical skills, with high attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, experience with SuccessFactors desirable
