About the role
- Be responsible for shaping the future of how we reward our global workforce
- Managing and enhancing Intrepid’s total rewards programs
- Coordinating annual cycles such as the salary reviews and bonus pay-out
- Conducting job evaluations and managing salary surveys
- Preparing compliance reports and supporting global benefits initiatives
- Translating data into insights and contributing to projects that strengthen equity, transparency, and engagement across our global team
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in Total Rewards, ideally in a regional or global capacity
- Skilled in job evaluation, preferably the Hay methodology
- Well versed in salary survey submissions
- Experienced in salary structure development
- Strong project management and analytical skills, with high attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, experience with SuccessFactors desirable
