About the role
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations
- Handle diverse tasks including meeting with guests, handling imports/exports, and inspecting facilities and equipment
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure quality of service
- Develop and implement business plans that align with Intrepid's goals of sustainable travel
- Manage and develop your team, maintaining an enthusiastic and efficient environment
Requirements
- A degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a managerial role within the hotel or hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and Vietnamese culture & society
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills, with good English proficiency
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure
