• Direct the creative vision and output for Intrepid Indonesia
• Establish high-level brand strategies and safeguard brand integrity across communication channels
• Mentor and lead the design team
• Conceptualize, design, and animate static assets and motion graphics for promotional videos, social media content, and digital advertisements
• Develop and maintain the brand’s visual identity across platforms
• Generate and implement creative assets to drive customer engagement

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight deadlines
• Apply branding concepts and use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects
