About the role

  • Conceptual management of our social media presence, including editorial planning
  • Creation, preparation and publication of content (text, images, short videos) for LinkedIn and other channels
  • Editorial and visual preparation of (sales) presentations, texts and articles for internal and external communication
  • Maintenance and content development of our website
  • Graphic production of information materials such as brochures, fact sheets, flyers, advertisements and posters
  • Support with organizing customer and employee events
  • Coordination of smaller projects (e.g., photo and video productions) and collaboration with external service providers
  • Administrative support in marketing and sales (e.g., maintaining customer lists, template management)
  • Quality and brand checks: ensuring a consistent corporate design in PowerPoint, Word and PDF

Requirements

  • Advanced university studies with a focus on marketing, communication management, media/communication/web design or a comparable field (ideally from the 4th semester onward); very good academic performance
  • First practical experience in marketing/communications or a strong interest, e.g., through internships, working-student positions or relevant coursework projects
  • Confident presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills (German at least C1, English at least B2)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); very good PowerPoint skills and an eye for modern design; basic knowledge of image and graphic software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud) as well as content management systems or willingness to learn them
  • Experience creating and adapting content for different target groups, channels and media; strong writing skills and attention to detail
  • Creativity, strong implementation skills, team spirit and a structured, independent and solution-oriented working style; quick learner
  • High reliability, personal responsibility and punctuality; enjoyment of a dynamic environment and enthusiasm for contributing your own ideas
  • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and WordPress is an advantage but not required
