Design, build, and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure and cloud environments.
Own the platform that our development teams build on, ensuring it is reliable, scalable, and secure.
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines that enable fast, safe, and repeatable deployments.
Automate everything from build to production, manual gates are the exception, not the rule.
Leverage AI coding tools and agentic workflows as a core part of your work to accelerate infrastructure automation, pipeline development, and operational problem solving.
Define and manage infrastructure using Terraform and related IaC tooling.
Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
Embed security practices into infrastructure and pipelines.
Work closely with development teams to remove friction from the delivery process.
Partner with external infrastructure providers to plan, coordinate, and deliver platform work.

Requirements

Demonstrated fluency with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code ) and agentic workflows.
5+ years of industry experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or infrastructure roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, troubleshooting, cluster management).
Strong proficiency with Terraform or equivalent infrastructure-as-code tooling.
Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar).
Strong scripting and automation skills (Bash, Python, or Go).
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP acceptable).
Solid understanding of networking, DNS, load balancing, and container security.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency with Git-based version control systems.
