About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver Okta solutions hands-on, covering both Customer Identity and Workforce Identity use cases
Maintain some billable, hands-on delivery presence as the lead architect on client engagements
Work directly with clients and internal delivery teams on live engagements
Engage in senior sales conversations, providing technical credibility and governance across Okta and Auth0 opportunities
Manage and develop the internal Okta delivery team, providing a technical soundboard for complex problems

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive hands-on experience delivering Okta and Auth0 solutions
Working knowledge of existing products and SKUs (such as UD, SSO, LCM, Workflows, API Access Management, Okta Identity Governance, Okta Privileged Access, Okta Access Gateway, ISPM, Okta for AI Agents, Auth0)
Working knowledge of authentication protocols including SAML, OIDC and OAuth 2.0
Demonstrable, hands-on architecture experience designing and delivering Okta solutions across a wide catalogue of requirements in cloud and hybrid environments
Proven experience managing and developing technical teams
Okta certification required (Architect or Professional level)
Fluent in English.
