About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead client workshops, gather requirements and advise on Okta best practice
Define solution architecture and produce clear design documentation
Configure Okta authentication, session and device-assurance policies
Test, pilot and roll out policies and configurations to live users in a controlled way
Document your work and produce reusable templates/guides where useful
Support planning across deliverables, priorities and dependencies
Provide guidance to junior consultants where needed
Report progress regularly and keep delivery on track

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong hands-on Okta experience, ideally including Okta Identity Engine, FastPass, phishing-resistant authentication, device assurance and Okta Workflows
Okta Certified Consultant
Comfortable leading workshops and managing stakeholders independently
Experience producing solution architecture and design documentation
Clear written communication skills
Able to work across multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Experience mentoring junior team members is a plus
