About the role

  • We want to continue growing! That’s why we need you to increase our brand awareness and to open up and expand the market among energy suppliers/utilities, especially in the DACH region.
  • You will conduct market and target-group analyses and take care of the systematic market development and the creation of a strategic sales approach, including marketing and new customer acquisition.
  • You will be responsible for establishing and further expanding a direct sales channel focused on municipal utilities and energy suppliers, as well as the retail/end-customer business.
  • When it gets concrete, you will work together with our inside sales team to prepare and follow up on quotes.
  • Negotiation of projects, products and price lists will be part of your responsibilities.
  • You will prepare appointments specifically for each customer and plan and run customer events.
  • In addition, you will ensure that we are attractively listed on relevant customer portals and communicate market needs to our product management.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in electrical engineering (e.g., industrial engineering or similar), alternatively further training in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of sales experience (ideally in the area of stationary battery storage)
  • Enthusiasm for the energy transition, a focus on the big picture, and strong commercial thinking and acting
  • Sense of responsibility, team spirit, creativity, and an independent, structured, and results-oriented way of working
  • Business-fluent English, confident use of Microsoft 365 and experience with a CRM system, willingness to travel and enjoyment of selling technically complex/consultative products
