About the role
- Attract candidates through various job platforms;
- Advertise open roles on various channels;
- Reach out to potential candidates and build relationships for future job opportunities;
- Work closely with different departments to forecast staffing needs;
- Screen, interview, and make sure every candidate leaves with a great impression of us (whether hired or not);
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process;

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills of written and spoken **English (B2+)**;
- At least **0.5 — 1 year** of the Talent Acquisition or Recruiter experience;
- Good time management skills with the ability to juggle various open positions;
- Experience with recruiting candidates through different job websites, sourcing skills;
- Having an eye for detail and high work-quality standards;
- Open, easy-going personality.
