About the role

  • Own and maintain the vendor marketing calendar across vendors and markets.
  • Collect inputs from vendors, align internally with Sales/Partner teams, and translate them into clear deliverables and timelines.
  • Create partner-ready and sales-ready campaign packs, including email copy (Greek & English), one-pagers, basic decks and talk tracks/CTAs.
  • Execute co-marketing activities with vendors and partners: newsletters, partner communications, campaign announcements and follow-ups.
  • Track and report outcomes per activity and per vendor/market (leads, registrations, attendance, engagement and follow-up results).

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing (experience in tech / cloud / cybersecurity / SaaS is strongly preferred).
  • Hands-on experience executing co-marketing programs: newsletters, webinars, partner campaigns, campaign packs.
  • Experience coordinating events/webinars (logistics + invitations + follow-up assets).
  • Proven ability to create practical marketing deliverables: one-pagers, basic decks, email copy, partner communications and talk tracks (GR/EN).
  • Strong coordination skills: you can work with multiple stakeholders (vendors/partners/sales) and manage timelines without losing detail.
  • A proactive mindset: you chase inputs, resolve ambiguity, unblock progress and deliver on time.
  • Solid understanding of Go-To-Market basics (ICP, CTA, funnel stages) and ability to apply direction and playbooks.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and tracking performance.
  • Excellent written and spoken Greek and English.
