About the role
- Facilitate technical interviews with software developers using Karat's platform
- Create an enjoyable candidate experience while evaluating fundamental coding skills and technical knowledge
- Provide objective evaluations of candidates' performance, coding style, communication, knowledge answers, and coding approach
- Mitigate bias and improve hiring signals to create inclusive hiring processes
- Partner with Karat to test content, processes, and products
- Work compensated based on tasks performed as a contractor/freelancer
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer
- Excellent English communication skills (written and oral) with a high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills
- Reliable access to a working webcam, microphone, and a stable Internet connection
- Experience conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., data structures, algorithms)
- Resumes must be submitted in English
