Engineer

• Facilitate technical interviews with software developers using Karat's platform
• Create an enjoyable candidate experience while evaluating fundamental coding skills and technical knowledge
• Provide objective evaluations of candidates' performance, coding style, communication, knowledge answers, and coding approach
• Mitigate bias and improve hiring signals to create inclusive hiring processes
• Partner with Karat to test content, processes, and products
• Work compensated based on tasks performed as a contractor/freelancer
