• Conduct structured 60-minute technical interviews through Karat's platform across domains such as back-end, full-stack, front-end, and system design.
• Submit thorough written evaluations of each candidate's coding approach, technical knowledge, and communication skills.
• Maintain Karat's standards for structured, inclusive, bias-mitigated interviewing throughout your engagement.

• Facilitate an interview through Karat's platform. Create an enjoyable candidate experience while you evaluate a candidate's fundamental coding skills and technical knowledge.
• Provide input on the candidate's performance, coding style, communication skills, knowledge question answers, and coding approach.
• Collaborate with Karat to test content, processes, and products.
