About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver official Microsoft courseware in live, instructor-led formats (virtual and in-person as needed)
- Train enterprise professionals on Microsoft technologies including Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and AI/Copilot tools
- Design and adapt training content to match the learning needs and skill levels of diverse enterprise audiences
- Guide learners through hands-on labs, exercises, and real-world use case scenarios
- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback aligned with Microsoft certification pathways
- Stay current with the latest Microsoft product updates, courseware revisions, and certification changes
- Collaborate with IK’s curriculum and delivery teams to ensure quality and consistency of training outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) status in good standing
- Minimum 2 relevant Microsoft certifications in your area of expertise
- Should have experience working with Azure Labs
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies in enterprise environments
- Proven experience delivering instructor-led training (corporate, academic, or self-organised)
- Strong communication skills in English; ability to simplify complex technical concepts for mixed audiences
- Familiarity with virtual training delivery tools (Teams, Zoom, LMS platforms)
