About the role

  • Technical architecture and design within the ServiceNow platform in the OT environment
  • Implementation and further development of the ServiceNow OT module
  • Implementation and optimization of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) including the OT Data Model
  • Technical integration of OT systems and monitoring solutions into ServiceNow
  • Integration of Claroty CTD with the ServiceNow OT module via appropriate interfaces
  • Technical configuration and further development of the following functions: OT Visibility, OT Asset Management, OT Service Management
  • Advising business units in production and shop floor environments
  • Ensuring IT/OT security and monitoring integration
  • Consideration and application of the ISA-95 Equipment Model

Requirements

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (certification required)
  • Solid expertise in ServiceNow CSDM including the OT Data Model
  • Deep technical experience with the ServiceNow OT module
  • Strong knowledge of: OT Visibility feature, OT Asset Management feature, OT Service Management feature
  • Experience with IT/OT security and monitoring tools, particularly Claroty CTD
  • Demonstrable experience in the technical integration of Claroty with ServiceNow
  • Solid knowledge of the ISA-95 Equipment Model
  • Several years of project experience in production, shop floor, or manufacturing environments
  • Strong technical architecture understanding
  • Ability to model complex IT/OT structures in a structured manner
  • Strong communication skills when engaging with business units and technical teams
  • Independent, solution-oriented working style
  • Requirement: residence in the EU, the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland.
