About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide commercial support and service to an assigned client portfolio
- Prospect new companies and business opportunities
- Reactivate and maintain existing customers in the database
- Identify customer needs and qualify leads
- Schedule and conduct meetings and/or client visits
- Demonstrate system features and benefits
- Prepare, send, and follow up on commercial proposals
- Lead negotiations and close contracts
- Update data and information in the CRM
- Provide after-sales support
- Participate in trade shows and events
- Support adherence to commercial processes and targets
- Prepare reports and liaise with the company’s technical teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Knowledge of negotiation techniques
- Ability to quickly learn systems and technical concepts
- Experience selling software or technical services
- Technical background is a plus
