About the role
- Ensure execution of head office maintenance engineering activities according to contractual requirements and project objectives in terms of safety, quality, budget and schedule
- Supervise execution of design activities relevant to QA and QC Certification, HSE system control, maintainability, inspection criteria and spare parts reliability
- Review contractual documentation and confirm assigned budget and technical scope
- Verify that maintenance requirements are accounted for in engineering documents
- Participate in project planning, scheduling and ROKM sessions related to maintenance activities
- Prepare and update maintenance engineering execution plan and supervise preparation of maintenance procedures
- Take part in project review meetings to ensure maintenance engineering requirements are complied with
- Ensure preparation and checking of Purchase Requisitions (RdA) and Technical Evaluations within responsibility
- Review 3D models for compliance with maintenance requirements, accessibility and inspectability
- Monitor budget and verify KPI during home office activity; report activities, progress, concerns and issues to the Project
- Perform inspectability and maintainability analysis, asset data gathering and build asset register with related spares
- Perform risk and reliability analysis to support development of maintenance plans, procedures and work instructions for CMMS uploading
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineer or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience as Senior Inspection Engineer for EPC Companies
- Experience on main Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Start-up, Maintenance and Troubleshooting activities on Analyzers, Automation System, Mechanical Rotating Equipment
- Knowledge of the main risks during the operation activities and safe working and environmental protection procedures/practices & rules to be applied
- Knowledge of adequate Personal Protective Equipment
- Knowledge and the correct use of Permit to Work system
- Nice to have: API Certificates for Piping and Pressure Vessel
