About the role

  • Planning and conducting on-site audits at our clients in the D-A-CH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) in accordance with prescribed guidelines
  • Reviewing and consolidating relevant regulations and legislation for Intertek standards
  • Conducting internal witness audits, technical inspections and remote assessments
  • Implementing and, where necessary, expanding the global and local management systems
  • Preparing and delivering training for colleagues and auditors
  • Cross-industry collaboration with cross-functional teams in sales and operations
  • Maintaining databases

Requirements

  • Certification as an APSCA CSCA Auditor (m/f/d/x)
  • Degree in a commercial or technical field or an equivalent qualification
  • Experience in social audits
  • Certification or experience with SEDEX SMETA, BSCI, RBA or similar schemes
  • Ability to work independently, initiative, team orientation and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Customer- and service-oriented communication and working style
  • Confident user of common MS Office applications
  • Good written and spoken German and English
  • Willingness to travel frequently
