About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Planning and conducting on-site audits at our clients in the D-A-CH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) in accordance with prescribed guidelines
Reviewing and consolidating relevant regulations and legislation for Intertek standards
Conducting internal witness audits, technical inspections and remote assessments
Implementing and, where necessary, expanding the global and local management systems
Preparing and delivering training for colleagues and auditors
Cross-industry collaboration with cross-functional teams in sales and operations
Maintaining databases

Requirements

What you’ll need

Certification as an APSCA CSCA Auditor (m/f/d/x)
Degree in a commercial or technical field or an equivalent qualification
Experience in social audits
Certification or experience with SEDEX SMETA, BSCI, RBA or similar schemes
Ability to work independently, initiative, team orientation and a strong sense of responsibility
Customer- and service-oriented communication and working style
Confident user of common MS Office applications
Good written and spoken German and English
Willingness to travel frequently
