About the role

  • Plan and conduct audits on-site at our clients in the D-A-C-H region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) according to specified guidelines
  • Interpret and compile relevant rules and legislation for Intertek standards
  • Perform internal witness audits, technical inspections, and remote audits
  • Implement and, where applicable, expand the global and local management system
  • Prepare and deliver training for colleagues and auditors
  • Collaborate across industries with senior teams in sales and operations
  • Maintain databases

Requirements

  • Accredited APSCA CSCA Auditor (m/f/d/x)
  • Degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in social audits
  • Certification or experience with SEDEX SMETA, BSCI, RBA, or similar
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, be a team player, and act responsibly
  • Customer- and service-oriented communication and working style
  • Proficient in common MS Office applications
  • Good written and spoken German and English
  • Willingness to travel frequently
