About the role

  • Conduct audits for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 at client sites in the D-A-CH region and, where applicable, nearby European countries
  • Independently plan and coordinate audits
  • Support as Program Manager in the preparation of branch office audits
  • Conduct internal witness audits, remote audits and transfer assessments
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements
  • Represent the interests of Intertek Certification GmbH to accreditation bodies
  • Develop training materials and documentation for colleagues and auditors
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the Technical Team as well as Sales and Operations
  • Maintain the GMS and associated databases

Requirements

  • Degree in business or a technical field, or an equivalent vocational qualification
  • Several years of relevant professional experience
  • Professional experience in the area of ISO/IEC 17021
  • Auditor qualifications for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
  • Ability to work independently, self-initiative, team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Customer- and service-oriented communication and working style
  • Proficient in common MS Office applications
  • Willingness to travel
  • Good written and spoken English
