About the role

  • Actively participate in day-to-day operations on the sales floor
  • Lead, motivate and develop your store team
  • Responsible for sales and financial results of your store
  • Ensure outstanding customer service and a positive shopping experience
  • Manage product presentation and implement sales-promoting visual merchandising
  • Analyze relevant KPIs (e.g. sales, cost of goods sold, footfall) and derive appropriate measures
  • Implement sales promotions and assortment concepts
  • Organize and continuously optimize store processes

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training in retail or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in retail, ideally in sporting goods retail
  • Initial management experience (e.g. assistant store manager, department manager, etc.)
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Enjoy leading teams and motivating employees
  • Good numerical skills and experience working with KPIs
  • Strong organizational skills, self-responsibility and reliability
  • High affinity for sports and physical activity
