About the role
- Actively participate in day-to-day operations on the sales floor
- Lead, motivate and develop your store team
- Responsible for sales and financial results of your store
- Ensure outstanding customer service and a positive shopping experience
- Manage product presentation and implement sales-promoting visual merchandising
- Analyze relevant KPIs (e.g. sales, cost of goods sold, footfall) and derive appropriate measures
- Implement sales promotions and assortment concepts
- Organize and continuously optimize store processes
Requirements
- Completed commercial training in retail or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in retail, ideally in sporting goods retail
- Initial management experience (e.g. assistant store manager, department manager, etc.)
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Enjoy leading teams and motivating employees
- Good numerical skills and experience working with KPIs
- Strong organizational skills, self-responsibility and reliability
- High affinity for sports and physical activity
