Bookkeeper

• Sie bearbeiten selbstständig alle Buchungsvorgänge in der Kreditoren-, Debitoren- und Sachkontenbuchhaltung.
• Sie kontieren und buchen Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen, Kassendaten sowie Kredite.
• Sie sind verantwortlich für die Durchführung der Zahlläufe und die Bearbeitung des Mahnwesens.
• Sie erstellen die monatlichen Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen.
• Sie übernehmen die Kontenklärung und -abstimmung.
• Sie arbeiten aktiv an der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen mit.
• Sie bringen sich in die Optimierung buchhalterischer Prozesse und Abläufe ein.

Buchhalter, m/w/d

• You independently process all posting entries in accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger accounting.
• You code and post incoming and outgoing invoices, cash transactions and loan postings.
• You are responsible for executing payment runs and managing the dunning process.
• You prepare the monthly VAT (sales tax) returns.
• You perform account reconciliation and clearing.
• You actively contribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• You contribute to the optimization of accounting processes and workflows.

Accountant
