About the role
- Assist families who are relocating globally with the myriad of details involved in settling into their new lives
- Complete programs within the time constraints provided by corporate clients
- Provide community orientation and tour
- Assist with home finding, school selection, social security applications, driver's license, opening bank accounts, local healthcare options, shopping options, utilities setup
Requirements
- Have a positive attitude
- Have weekday availability, with flexibility regarding hours and schedule changes
- Are responsible and responsive
- Are knowledgeable of their surrounding area or are resourceful enough to learn more and share with individuals in their care
- Have cultural competence and empathy to treat all clients with professionalism and respect
- Are fluent in English (knowledge of the local language as well is an advantage)
- Have reliable transportation methods and a valid driver’s license
- Have basic computer skills with internet access
