About the role

  • Roll out and steward the “RGM at Intersnack” approach across Management Units, owning analytic techniques and evolving the playbook.
  • Lead development of balanced and sustainable RGM plans across pricing, pack price architecture (PPA), promotions, mix, and trade terms.
  • Design, maintain, and monitor international pricing corridors to guide market-level pricing decisions and ensure alignment and competitiveness.
  • Establish promotional guidelines and lead post-event evaluations to optimize ROI.
  • Develop pack strategies aligned with demand spaces, retailer priorities, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Category teams to embed RGM initiatives in commercial planning.
  • Provide thought leadership and training to local teams to build RGM capability.
  • Partner with external agencies for data, research, and enhanced analytical tools.
  • Track performance of RGM initiatives and propose corrective actions when needed.
  • Facilitate best practice sharing across markets and contribute to continuous improvement of the RGM playbook.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Key Account Management, Category Management, or Commercial Strategy roles.
  • Experience in FMCG matrix organizations and/or strategic consulting environments.
  • Proven international exposure and ability to work across diverse markets and cultures.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality and a “can-do” attitude.
  • Robust analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable to a lean HQ environment.
  • Fluent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel approx. 10% per month across Europe (travel once a month across European entities).
