About the role
- Manage entity records, corporate minute books, and governance documentation across the organization
- Prepare, organize, and distribute board and committee materials with accuracy and confidentiality
- Support corporate filings and compliance requirements to ensure entities remain in good standing
- Draft, review, and organize commercial contracts in partnership with internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records within contract management and document management systems
- Track key contract terms, deadlines, and obligations to reduce risk and improve visibility
- Partner with legal, finance, and business teams to support transactions, compliance efforts, and operational needs
- Serve as a reliable point of coordination between internal teams and outside counsel
- Help refine processes and systems that improve efficiency in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience as a corporate paralegal, ideally within energy, infrastructure, technology, or software-enabled organizations
- Proven experience supporting corporate governance, entity management, and compliance filings
- Strong contract administration skills with exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Slack, contract management platforms, and document management systems
- Working knowledge of corporate law, contracts, and compliance requirements
- Experience managing confidential information with sound judgment and discretion
- A professional network of legal professionals, outside counsel, and compliance partners
- A highly organized and self-directed work style
