About the role

  • General order processing and monitoring of delivery dates
  • Procurement of non-production material (NPM)
  • Coordination, analysis, optimization and design of SAP process workflows within the MM module environment
  • Providing first-level support to SAP users
  • Monitoring SAP adjustments as the interface between SAP CBA and internal departments
  • Data preparation for KPI creation and reporting for Purchasing Management
  • Handling complaints/claims in cooperation with Quality Assurance
  • Supporting the collection and evaluation of quotations
  • Monitoring, maintaining and analyzing purchasing master data in SAP
  • Training and onboarding of new employees
  • Continuous inventory control in accordance with target coverage levels

Requirements

  • Commercial vocational training with several years of professional experience in purchasing / supply chain management
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
  • SAP knowledge (especially MM module)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
