About the role

  • General order processing and monitoring of delivery dates
  • Procurement of non-production materials (NPM)
  • Coordination, analysis, optimization and design of SAP process flows in the MM module environment
  • First-level support for SAP users
  • Monitoring SAP adjustments as an interface between SAP CBA and internal departments
  • Data preparation for the creation of KPIs for Purchasing Management
  • Complaint/claim handling in cooperation with Quality Assurance
  • Support in obtaining and evaluating quotations
  • Monitoring, maintenance and analysis of purchasing master data in SAP
  • Training of new employees
  • Continuous inventory control in accordance with target coverage levels

Requirements

  • Commercial vocational training with several years of professional experience in purchasing / supply chain management
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • SAP knowledge (particularly the MM module)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Structured and solution-oriented way of working
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
