About the role

  • Plan, implement and evaluate learning projects (digital, classroom, hybrid or on-the-job)
  • Manage learning projects with respect to scope, schedule and budget, aligned with company priorities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage external service providers, vendors and consultants
  • Develop and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Ensure consistent learning communication and documentation
  • Share best practices and success stories across regions and functions

Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources, Educational Sciences, Business or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in Learning & Development
  • Proven experience in Instructional Design
  • Strong knowledge of learning methods and technologies
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Fluent in English (minimum C1 level) and native German
  • Enjoy working in a structured and independent manner
  • Enjoy collaborating in international teams
