About the role
- Development, introduction, and maintenance of model-based systems engineering
- Significant participation in the pre-development of new products and solutions
- Ensuring smooth information flows to/from system requirements, simulations, CAD, and virtual and experimental testing
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to model-based systems engineering
- Presentation and reporting of results
- Independent, continuous monitoring of cutting-edge methodologies, tools, and software for R&D
Requirements
- Completed degree, ideally in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable discipline
- Several years of professional experience in product development, design methodology, and model-based systems engineering
- Extensive knowledge of SysML and system modeling tools
- Experience with CAE and simulation
- Strong communication and planning skills
- Strategic and analytical thinking, innovation-oriented, and proactive initiative
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong communicator and team player, especially in interdisciplinary environments
