About the role
- Disciplinary and professional leadership of the “Corporate Legal & Compliance” team, currently comprising 4 employees, covering the areas of legal, compliance and data protection
- Central legal advisory support for Interroll subsidiaries worldwide, particularly in corporate, contract and commercial law
- Responsibility for global Contract Lifecycle Management, including drafting contract templates and redlining/negotiating master/framework agreements
- Analysis of legal risks and monitoring of legislative developments relevant to Interroll
- Designing and delivering internal legal training
- Close cooperation with internal stakeholders, with a focus on Sales and Procurement
- Management of external legal advisors and coordination of international legal matters
- Serving as a sparring partner for employees assigned to the Compliance function
