About the role

  • Build and nurture relationships with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders
  • Present and demo Interprefy’s multilingual technology solutions to prospective clients
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations tailored to client needs and industry challenges
  • Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams post-sale to support a seamless client experience
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and opportunity management in CRM systems
  • Coordinate internally with Operations and Customer Success to ensure service alignment
  • Identify, target, and engage global corporate clients across key markets
  • Generate new leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and collaboration with SDRs and Marketing
  • Develop and execute personalised outreach strategies
  • Expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Track sales performance, pipeline progress, and forecasting
  • Provide insights and feedback on market trends and client needs
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and lead generation initiatives
  • Work closely with Customer Success to ensure long-term client retention and growth
  • Contribute to improving sales processes, messaging, and go-to-market strategies

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or enterprise account management
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals, ideally with global organisations
  • Experience working with multi-stakeholder sales cycles and senior decision-makers
  • Strong CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (English C1+)
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
  • Highly self-driven, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Hunter mindset with a strong focus on new business acquisition
  • Strong plus: Background in IT, SaaS, Events, or Language Services (LSP) industries
  • Experience selling technology-driven or service-based solutions
  • Additional languages beyond English (preferably Mandarin)
