About the role
- Build and nurture relationships with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders
- Present and demo Interprefy’s multilingual technology solutions to prospective clients
- Conduct consultative sales conversations tailored to client needs and industry challenges
- Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams post-sale to support a seamless client experience
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and opportunity management in CRM systems
- Coordinate internally with Operations and Customer Success to ensure service alignment
- Identify, target, and engage global corporate clients across key markets
- Generate new leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and collaboration with SDRs and Marketing
- Develop and execute personalised outreach strategies
- Expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Track sales performance, pipeline progress, and forecasting
- Provide insights and feedback on market trends and client needs
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and lead generation initiatives
- Work closely with Customer Success to ensure long-term client retention and growth
- Contribute to improving sales processes, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or enterprise account management
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals, ideally with global organisations
- Experience working with multi-stakeholder sales cycles and senior decision-makers
- Strong CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English C1+)
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Highly self-driven, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Hunter mindset with a strong focus on new business acquisition
- Strong plus: Background in IT, SaaS, Events, or Language Services (LSP) industries
- Experience selling technology-driven or service-based solutions
- Additional languages beyond English (preferably Mandarin)
