About the role

  • Handle a wide range of inbound client queries via phone, email, and live chat with efficiency, discretion, and warmth
  • Deliver tailored, proactive solutions reflecting luxury service and operational excellence
  • Act as a confident and reassuring presence ensuring personalised client interactions
  • Complete all KYC, compliance, and CRM data requirements accurately and confidentially
  • Engage with new clients during onboarding and welcome stages
  • Identify behavioural and service patterns to spot cross-sell opportunities and escalate strategic accounts
  • Use client insights and data tools to support account plans and long-term engagement
  • Collaborate with the Client Strategy & Insights team to deliver a unified, high-quality service experience
  • Support clients across regions and time zones (especially the Middle East, North America, and Asia) with flexible scheduling
  • Capture and act on client feedback to improve service quality, tools, and internal processes
  • Work shift-based rotational hours to support clients globally

Requirements

  • Experience in a premium contact centre, luxury hospitality, private banking, or professional services environment is highly valued
  • Passionate about delivering a consistently high-end, human-first service across cultures and channels
  • A confident communicator, adaptable, empathetic, and capable of handling sensitive issues with maturity and discretion
  • Commercially aware with a proactive mindset, able to identify and develop valuable relationships
  • Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot or similar) and handling client data accurately
  • Flexible, collaborative, and energised by client satisfaction and continuous improvement
  • Nice to have: Experience working for a fast-paced global financial services company
  • Nice to have: Multilingual fluency (Arabic, French, Mandarin, or Hindi/Urdu)
