About the role

  • Prospect high-potential enterprise accounts using multi-channel outbound outreach
  • Conduct thoughtful discovery to uncover pain points and qualify fit
  • Set meetings and generate opportunities for Account Executives
  • Refine outreach using insights from customer conversations and cross-functional collaboration
  • Update and maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce
  • Contribute ideas to optimize messaging, targeting, and process strategy
  • Leverage tech stack including ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Industry Select, Salesloft, Gong, SFDC, Highspot

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a BDR/SDR role or consultative sales (SaaS preferred)
  • Sales experience is required
  • Comfortable navigating more complex sales cycles and technical buyers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to personalize outreach
  • Experience and interest in phone and email prospecting
  • Proficient in crafting smart and engaging email content
  • Familiar with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Gong, Industry Select, SFDC, Highspot
  • A systems thinker who understands pipeline building
  • Highly motivated, coachable, and eager to grow into a closing role
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
