- Own the AI Opportunity Map
- Lead the discovery process to audit current workflows
- Define and track ROI via dashboards for "Hours Saved," "Cost Avoidance," and "Revenue Impact"
- Develop and own the architecture and tooling for the internal AI ecosystem
- Establish governance frameworks for data privacy and deliver educational sessions to upskill the workforce
Requirements
- 5-7+ years in Digital Transformation, Product Management, or Technical Strategy
- 1+ year of hands-on GenAI or agentic AI deployment
- Technical proficiency in Python or TypeScript
- Expertise in RAG pipelines, orchestration frameworks, and data chunking
- Strong backend foundations (JSON, SQL)
- Experience with API integrations and event-driven pipelines
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. and be current U.S. residents.
