About the role

  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers through strategic prospecting.
  • Deliver compelling product demos and lead the sales process from initial outreach to final negotiation and close.
  • Build deep, trusted relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Understand customer needs and challenges, developing tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of Interplay Learning’s platform.
  • Develop and execute account plans that align with client goals and drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including SDR team, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing.
  • Monitor target accounts, report on progress, and forecast revenue outcomes to leadership.
  • Represent Interplay Learning at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to strengthen partnerships and enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales within B2B SaaS or a related industry.
  • Skilled Trades or Industrial segment experience highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth within strategic accounts.
  • Deep understanding of the sales process, consultative selling, and account planning.
  • Knowledge of Challenger Sales methodology is a plus.
  • Proficiency with modern sales tech stack including Salesforce, Gong, Zoom, Hubspot, Highspot, G-Suite and Gemini AI.
  • Experience working with workforce training solutions is a plus.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without stipulations and be residents of the United States.
