Join the founding team of Interpath Advisory France and deliver Transaction Services projects for Private Equity and Corporate clients.
Work closely with Managing Directors to set up and develop a leading Deal Advisory practice in France.
Work across the entire deal life cycle in a hands-on role, including buy-side and sell-side work.
Draft FDD and VDD reports, including Quality of Earnings, Net Working Capital analysis, identification of debt-like items, and forecast assessment.
Collaborate with corporate finance and debt advisory colleagues across the Interpath network to deliver successful transactions.
Manage day-to-day client interaction and relationships, and promote Interpath's capabilities to clients.
Be actively involved in business development strategy alongside Managing Directors.
Counsel and mentor Associates, Senior Associates and Managers.
Requirements
Business / engineering school or university (Bac +5) with a focus on accounting, business, finance or economics.
A minimum of 6-8 years of audit and transaction services experience at a top accounting firm (Big4 or equivalent) with a least 4 years in transaction services
Entrepreneurial mindset and team spirit required.
Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas in a collaborative environment.
Strong communication and presentation skills and experience in supporting project teams/relationships and communications with clients.
Experience across multiple sectors.
Experience in go to market whilst driving business development strategy.
