About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead Andrew Harper’s Operations, Marketing/PR, Membership, Supplier Relations/Partner Marketing, and Editorial functions
  • Drive revenue and membership growth, achieve annual EBITDA goals, and strengthen member engagement
  • Cultivate member relationships and maintain an active travel-industry network
  • Evaluate member lifestyle and travel preferences to identify innovation, product improvement, cost-efficiency, and productivity opportunities
  • Develop and execute member growth, engagement, retention, and lapsed-member transition strategies
  • Oversee partnership, referral, member-benefit, Hideaway Report, and editorial marketing communications
  • Optimize technology and communication channels to improve satisfaction, engagement, and renewals
  • Oversee editorial content, print products, travel expenses, and the annual editorial travel calendar
  • Work with operations leaders to reduce cancellations, increase conversions and satisfaction, improve margins, drive preferred-partner sales, and grow advisor destination and product knowledge
  • Support hotel auction growth, strategic partnerships, and partner marketing investments
  • Strengthen vendor relationships and track industry trends and expansion opportunities
  • Drive the technology roadmap, including app adoption and monetization, website experience, OBT engagement, and membership-acquisition optimization
  • Foster a collaborative work environment and lead communications, culture-building activities, and town halls
  • Own the Andrew Harper P&L and analyze travel and member data for growth, savings, sales, and productivity opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in travel agency operations, process improvement, or operations management
  • Strong financial acumen, including reporting, forecasting, modeling, workforce optimization, and investment/value analysis
  • Demonstrated strategic planning, analytical problem-solving, and innovation skills
  • Proven ability to lead large teams, major projects, integrations, and change management initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, conflict resolution, team-building, and cross-functional leadership skills
