Provide customer support for the online booking tools and other corporate travel software offered by Global Travel Collection
This role faces both internally, with our advisors, and externally, with our corporate clients
A successful candidate would have great customer service skills, have a working knowledge of online booking tools, and the desire/ability to solve problems daily
Provides support of corporate online booking tools, such as Concur, Emburse, and Deem (and any new OBTs) to meet client needs
Monitor the Help Desk calls and emails
This includes picking up tasks, completing them, and communicating their completion as needed
Implement new accounts by following established implementation process
Present trainings and demonstrations in a professional manner
