About the role
- Create and maintain Amadeus driven technology (Smart Flows, Smart Script, Quality Monitor and Concur Compleat) to support multiple servicing platforms within Altour corporate travel
- Support corporate travel division with creative solutions that increase productivity related to the agent workflow process, end-to-end automation, client services and operational quality assurance
- Report to the Manager of Automation Development with a high level of communication between departments
- Develop effective and efficient automation to provide agents an end-to-end booking solution
- Perform weekly script updates which include thorough QA testing of all key scripts
- Create and maintain documentation
- Assist in analysis, UAT support, and postproduction support as needed
- Provide recommendations for optimization of existing automation features, operational processes and capabilities to promote standardization and efficiency
- Recommend new solutions and processes needed to meet team, client, reporting & operational goals
- Work with stakeholders to identify the business needs and determine the best approach for delivery
- Communicate regularly and effectively on the status of all current projects and respond proactively in adherence to department service levels
- Conduct and/or participate in meetings to provide an overview of systems and integration processes and technology and prepare documentation as required
- Provide administrative and technical assistance to training team/operations
Requirements
- Experience creating Amadeus Smart Scripts, Amadeus Smart Flows, and use of Amadeus Quality Monitor tools
- Background successfully integrate Smart Scripts with APIs or Databases
- Proficiency in deployment of solutions to agents
- Substantial skills and proven working knowledge of Amadeus with an understanding of corporate travel industry standards
- Experience and understanding of version control concepts and practical application of systems
- Knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office suite of products
- 3 or more years of Amadeus Automation development
- Experience using Concur Compleat
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills required to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Must be able to work independently and complete deliverables on time and with the highest level of quality
- Strong critical thinking skills
