Play a key role in supporting and maintaining day-to-day integration operations
Contribute to the development of new integration processes
Provide day-to-day operational support for Boomi integrations, including monitoring, alert handling, and issue resolution
Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors, ensuring stable and reliable data flows across SaaS and internal applications
Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, and deploy integration processes, with approximately 50% focus on development tasks
Assist in maintaining and enhancing integration documentation, best practices, and operational procedures
Support API-based integrations and work with technologies such as REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML
Participate in root cause analysis, process optimization, and proactive problem prevention for production systems

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
3-5 years of experience with Boomi process building, API management, connectors, and exception handling
Professional Boomi Developer Certification required
Strong SQL skills for MS SQL and Oracle databases
Exposure to NetSuite integrations is a plus
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-support environment while learning and developing new integration solutions
