About the role
- Provide customer support for the online booking tools and other corporate travel software offered by Global Travel Collection
- Serve internal advisors and external corporate clients
- Provide support of corporate online booking tools, such as Concur, Emburse, and Deem (and any new OBTs)
- Monitor the Help Desk calls and emails; pick up tasks, complete them, and communicate their completion
- Implement new accounts by following established implementation process
- Present trainings and demonstrations in a professional manner
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 1-3 years’ experience with Concur Travel corporate online booking software preferred
- Ability to learn other tools such as Emburse and Deem
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Previous travel agency experience preferred
- Working knowledge of GDS systems (Sabre knowledge preferred)
- Exceptional customer service skills required
- Strong business communication skills (both oral and written)
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to conduct training in both virtual and in-person environments if needed
- Detail-oriented while coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously
