About the role

  • manage and grow commercial relationships for Internova’s data and insights products
  • oversee existing client accounts
  • develop new business opportunities
  • work closely with the analytics team to enhance data product portfolio
  • serve as primary point of contact for existing data clients
  • manage day-to-day needs including reporting, invoicing, and issue resolution
  • identify upsell opportunities and expand client use of data products
  • generate leads and build pipeline of prospective clients
  • deliver product presentations, proposals, and demos
  • negotiate new contracts to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • track client adoption, renewals, and upsell performance
  • report regularly on pipeline activity, sales performance, and revenue contribution

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally within travel, data, or technology sectors
  • Proven track record in account management and new business generation
  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills
  • Experience with contract negotiation, invoicing, and account growth
  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams and translate client needs into solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Amazon S3 knowledge preferred
