About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide senior leadership for a portfolio of complex, high-visibility programs
- Ensure delivery of market-relevant skills, pathways to employment, and opportunities for leadership to marginalized young people
- Monitor performance across programs, proactively identifying emerging risks
- Oversee grant and contract management
- Serve as a credible institutional representative for IYF with funders and external stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong leadership, management, analytical and representational skills
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex programs with strong compliance, financial stewardship, risk management and learning
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 5-8+ years of progressive experience managing complex programs or portfolios, preferably in youth or workforce development.
- Experience serving as a senior point of contact for funders and partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency a plus.
