About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide IT support to internal users (approximately 250 employees at our site)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues and service requests via phone and ticketing system
  • Set up and configure computers and manage user accounts
  • Support the local network and basic IT infrastructure
  • Collaborate with global IT teams and communicate in English on a regular basis
  • Escalate more complex issues to specialized IT teams and follow up on their resolution
  • Participate in an on-call rotation after completing your training

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Technology is more than just a job for you—you genuinely enjoy working with it and learning new things
  • You have a basic understanding of IT, whether through school, internships, personal projects, or helping friends and family with technology
  • You're comfortable troubleshooting common issues involving computers, printers, applications, and similar technologies
  • You enjoy solving problems and don't give up when the solution isn't obvious
  • You like interacting with people and providing support (most requests are handled by phone)
  • You're patient and can explain technical topics in a simple, understandable way
  • You can communicate in English (English is our working language and this is a must-have requirement)
