About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide IT support to internal users (approximately 250 employees at our site)
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues and service requests via phone and ticketing system
- Set up and configure computers and manage user accounts
- Support the local network and basic IT infrastructure
- Collaborate with global IT teams and communicate in English on a regular basis
- Escalate more complex issues to specialized IT teams and follow up on their resolution
- Participate in an on-call rotation after completing your training
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technology is more than just a job for you—you genuinely enjoy working with it and learning new things
- You have a basic understanding of IT, whether through school, internships, personal projects, or helping friends and family with technology
- You're comfortable troubleshooting common issues involving computers, printers, applications, and similar technologies
- You enjoy solving problems and don't give up when the solution isn't obvious
- You like interacting with people and providing support (most requests are handled by phone)
- You're patient and can explain technical topics in a simple, understandable way
- You can communicate in English (English is our working language and this is a must-have requirement)
