Security Director
International SOSSecurity Director responsible for consulting on risk management and security solutions for clients in the Northeastern US. Driving revenue growth and enhancing partnership relationships with stakeholders.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as Security Partner in US Northeast to support the Account Management and Business Development teams
- Win significant new logos and strengthen current partnerships
- Elevate Workforce Resilience programs and security consulting solutions
- Coordinate with Business Development Managers and Account Managers
- Act as subject matter expert during complex new business opportunities
- Provide input to Security Consulting and Managed Services solution design
- Develop and Drive Consulting & Solutions Growth
- Collaborate on solution design
- Actively participate and contribute to the distribution strategy
- Advocate for US Northeast clients and provide local market insight
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of field and/ or corporate security
- Knowledge of planning, developing, and delivering security consulting solutions; business development experience advantageous
- Risk and crisis management experience; appropriate certification advantageous
- Strong demonstratable understanding of security and risk mitigation concepts
- Effective communication skills
- Effective report writing skills
- Effective presentation skills
- Strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills
- Relationship building
- Experience in high or extreme risk environments advantageous
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in security, politics, international relations, law enforcement, criminal science, disaster management or related field
- Fluent in English with advanced writing ability.
