Key responsibilities & impact

Customer-facing role supporting clients across the APAC region, based in Tokyo
Act as a trusted advisor and customer advocate throughout the client lifecycle
Manage client onboarding, implementation, training, and ongoing support
Ensure high client satisfaction and successful adoption of products and services
Partner closely with Sales, Product, Technical, Operations, and Data teams
Support client reviews, discussions, and continuous service improvement initiatives
Maintain accurate client information and stay current on product updates and roadmaps

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in client success, account support, or B2B service delivery
Background working in an international or regional environment preferred
Strong customer focus with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proven experience working cross-functionally and in multicultural teams
Native-level proficiency in Japanese and English (spoken and written)
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Additional APAC language skills (e.g., Korean or Chinese) are a plus
