About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle all incoming assistance requests and manage cases efficiently, ensuring timely, accurate, and high‑quality service delivery
- Coordinate medical, security, and logistical support solutions using internal resources and external providers
- Communicate professionally with clients, gather required information, and ensure understanding of each request
- Maintain detailed case documentation and ensure correct preparation for billing
- Escalate cases appropriately and support continuous improvement by addressing customer feedback
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues in medical, security, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Participate in training, follow company procedures, promote company values, and maintain a professional work environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–2 years of experience in logistics, customer service, travel, healthcare, or call‑centre operations (desirable)
- High school diploma required; tertiary education preferred
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift‑based environment, including occasional overtime as operational needs arise
