About the role

  • Planning, coordinating and delivery of security operations
  • Providing others with a clear direction, supervising and giving feedback
  • Planning and managing security assistance operations
  • Conducting profile-specific security risk assessments
  • Critically analyse multiple streams of security, logistics, and threat-based information under pressure and produce actionable plans

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in security assistance and security operations across public, private, and nonprofit sectors
  • Ideally 5 years of people supervision experience
  • Deployments in challenging, hostile, and complex environments
  • Experience across multiple security domains, including executive protection, crisis management, business continuity, protective services, disaster response, supply‑chain risk, investigations, and kidnap‑and‑ransom
  • Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant applications
  • Regional language skills are desirable
  • Hold full working rights in Australia and ability to work in Sydney, NSW
