About the role
- Planning, coordinating and delivery of security operations
- Providing others with a clear direction, supervising and giving feedback
- Planning and managing security assistance operations
- Conducting profile-specific security risk assessments
- Critically analyse multiple streams of security, logistics, and threat-based information under pressure and produce actionable plans
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in security assistance and security operations across public, private, and nonprofit sectors
- Ideally 5 years of people supervision experience
- Deployments in challenging, hostile, and complex environments
- Experience across multiple security domains, including executive protection, crisis management, business continuity, protective services, disaster response, supply‑chain risk, investigations, and kidnap‑and‑ransom
- Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant applications
- Regional language skills are desirable
- Hold full working rights in Australia and ability to work in Sydney, NSW
