About the role

  • Manage the cadence and deliverables for the overall Assistance Americas budgets/forecasts and the related actuals reporting
  • Work with Functional Leads in Assistance Americas to ensure proper management of costs for back-office functions
  • Complete monthly reporting package and liaise with the Assistance Business Line FP&A team on all deliverables
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of all financial systems for Assistance Americas

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of related experience in Accounting/Finance
  • Strong business acumen and solid financial management skills
  • Strong process and organization skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Solid understanding of accounting software packages
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
