About the role
- Manage the cadence and deliverables for the overall Assistance Americas budgets/forecasts and the related actuals reporting
- Work with Functional Leads in Assistance Americas to ensure proper management of costs for back-office functions
- Complete monthly reporting package and liaise with the Assistance Business Line FP&A team on all deliverables
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of all financial systems for Assistance Americas
Requirements
- 3-5 years of related experience in Accounting/Finance
- Strong business acumen and solid financial management skills
- Strong process and organization skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Solid understanding of accounting software packages
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
